I think Snapple Peach Iced Tea is one of the finest non alcoholic concoctions on earth.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>I was drinking one at work one day and someone asked me for a drink as strong as a Long Island but tasted better.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">   </span>I looked at my Snapple bottle and thought “hmm I bet this would taste better.” So I made a long island and replaced the triple sec with peach schnapps. It kicked ass. She loved it and I got a bunch of people hooked on them.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>I don’t know if I invented this drink, but I had never seen it before that day, and if I order it at a bar the bartender usually looks at me like I have a turd sitting on top of my head. Here’s the Jello shot recipe, hope you like it.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Calibri;">1 6 oz box peach Jello</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Calibri;">1 cup boiling water</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Calibri;">¼ cup vodka</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Calibri;">¼ cup rum</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Calibri;">¼ cup gin</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Calibri;">¼ cup tequila</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Calibri;">¼ cup peach schnapps</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Calibri;">1 cup sweet and sour mix</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Calibri;">¾ cup coke or pepsi</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Calibri;">Dissolve the Jello in the boiling water. Add the vodka, rum, gin, tequila, and peach schnapps. Stir until well mixed. Add the sour mix and coke. Stir some more, but not too much so as not to pop all the bubbles in the coke. Pour into 2 oz plastic portion cups and refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set up. Enjoy.</span></p>

Add rum, triple sec, lime juice, sweet and sour, and daiquiri mix.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>Stir with serving spoon until all ingredients are well mixed.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>Pour into plastic 2 oz portion cups and put in the fridge until set up. Can’t stress it enough, don’t put cooking spray in your portion cups no matter what the lady with the giant titties in the video says. She doesn’t know what the hell she’s talking about, and I’m changing that<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>video sometime today or tomorrow.</span></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Mai Tai’s have many different recipes that I have seen.  Basically they have a bunch of different kinds of rum and a bunch of juice in them.  I heard that if you put grenadine in a Mai Tai in Hawaii you’ll get slapped upside the head, so I don’t put it in mine.  Here is my adaptation of a Mai Tai to the Jello shot recipe world.</p>
<p>1 6oz. box of orange or pineapple Jello<br />
1 cup boiling water<br />
½ cup Bacardi Light rum<br />
½ cup Bacardi Dark rum<br />
¼ cup Malibu Coconut rum<br />
¼ cup Captain Morgan’s spiced rum<br />
½ cup orange juice<br />
½ cup pineapple juice<br />
½ cup cranberry juice</p>
<p>Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add all the rum, and all the juice and stir gently with a large serving spoon.  You can use the old wooden spoon your mom used to beat you with if you want to. As long as you can remember where you hid it from her all those years ago,   don’t use a wire whip or you’ll get air bubbles in them.  Pour the mixture into 2 oz plastic portion cups. You should get 16-18 shots out of one recipe.  Don’t put cooking spray in the cups first.  Rubbing your tongue on the roof of your mouth is not supposed to feel like you ate a spoon full of Crisco after eating Jello shots.  I guess if you’re in to that sort of thing, go ahead.   Ruin your Jello.</p>
