My name is Mikey. My resume says I’m a veteran of the hospitality industry. I like the way that sounds. I’ve been working in restaurants and bars for the last 24 years. I have had just about every job title you can have, except general manager, owner, and hostess. My favorite part of the work is the creative end of things where I get to come up with recipes in the kitchen, drink recipes, and Jello shot recipes. I have been wanting to write a Jello shot cook book for the last five years or so, and I figured this web site would be a good way to get started.
